All LEND360 participants are highly encouraged to stay at the venue hotel. You don’t want to miss out on the informal networking, chance encounters, and elevator pitches that you can only get by being onsite where the action is!

We have reserved a block of rooms for LEND360 attendees from October 5th until October 9th at the special group rate of $249++ per night at our venue hotel the Hyatt Regency Dallas located at 300 Reunion BLVD / Dallas, TX 75207. We anticipate our room block will sell out, so we encourage all participants to make your reservations now to secure your place.

All reservations must be guaranteed with a major credit card. Your card will not be charged at booking but will be provided to the hotel for the guarantee of your room reservation and will be charged in accordance with our cancellation policy should you not attend.

Regarding our cancellation policy, any cancellations made after Wednesday, September 1, 2025 will be subject to cancellation fee of one night’s stay. Any cancellations made after Wednesday, September 17, 2025 will receive no refund and will be charged for the full stay. At any point up to 72 hours before your hotel stay starts you can change the name on the room for no additional charge.
